2. Are your figurines original products?
Yes. All our products are carefully sourced and described accurately. Product details, materials, and dimensions are clearly listed on each product page.
3. What materials are the figurines made from?
Our figurines may be made from materials such as resin, PVC, ABS, ceramic, or other durable materials. The specific material is always stated in the product description.
4. Are the figurines suitable for children?
Some figurines are collectible display items and may not be suitable for young children. Please check the product description for age recommendations.

Shipping
8. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Poland only.
9. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
11. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Damaged Items
12. What if my figurine arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Polish consumer law.
13. Can I return a product?
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws, unless an exception applies. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
